2. Delivery of Courses

• Access is granted instantly after successful payment.

• Courses are available 24/7 via your account dashboard.

• Some courses may include downloadable resources (PDFs, assignments, etc.).

3. Payment Methods

• We accept Visa and MasterCard only.

• All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.

• Smart Skill Hub does not store card details.

4. Pricing and Currency

• All course prices are displayed in ZMW (Zambian Shillings) unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to adjust course pricing.

5. Invoices and Receipts

• A digital receipt will be sent via email after payment.

• Users can also access invoices from their account dashboard.
